Yes. Connixtech is a trade-only distributor. Product specifications are public, but pricing and online ordering are visible only to approved trade-account holders once logged in.
Submit the registration form with your business details (company name, NZ Business Number, contact and address). Once reviewed, we send a trade-application link. After we verify your trade references, we assign your brand access and pricing tier and activate your account.
Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days once we have your completed registration and trade references.
We supply leading ELV and security brands including Hikvision, Dahua, HiLook, Uniview and Fermax, across IP CCTV, access control, intercoms, alarms, gate automation, networking and PA systems. Brand access is assigned per account.
Each trade account is assigned specific brands by our team. If a brand you need isn't visible, contact us to have it added to your account.
Approved accounts are placed on a pricing tier (bronze, silver, gold or platinum). Your tier discount is applied automatically to the list price when you're logged in.
Yes. We ship to trade customers throughout New Zealand. Delivery options and timeframes are confirmed at checkout or by our team for bulk orders.
There's no fixed minimum for standard trade orders. For bulk pricing or project quantities, contact our team for a custom quote.
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. For a faulty or DOA item, contact us with your order and SKU details and we'll arrange a return or replacement under the relevant warranty terms.
