2U monitor panel for listening to any of 10 speaker channels through a built-in loudspeaker, with five-level LED dB metering and a 10-position channel selector.
The AP-Z217 is the ten-channel monitor panel in AVTRON's control room range, for systems where 16 channels is more than the site needs.
A 10-position selector switch picks the channel and a 500mW full-range monitor speaker reproduces it, with five-level LED metering giving a visual reference for level. Taking 100V or 70V audio from the speaker lines means the panel reports what is actually reaching the speakers.
Controls are deliberately minimal — monitor volume, channel select and power — so an operator checks a zone in seconds without navigating a menu.
Response covers 100Hz-15kHz with 80dB signal-to-noise. The 2U full-metal chassis measures 89 x 483 x 366mm at under 8kg, running from 200-240V AC with fuse protection and drawing under 15W.
