Standard Terms & Conditions

These Standard Terms and Conditions govern all sales, supply, and trade account arrangements between Connix Technologies Ltd (“Connix”, “we”, “us”) and the trade partner or customer (“you”). By placing an order or maintaining a trade account with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Returns & Credits
1.1 Requests to return goods for credit (including the original invoice number) must be made within 14 days of delivery.
1.2 All returns require prior written approval from Connix Technologies Ltd.
1.3 Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
1.4 Goods must be returned in original condition, packaging, and resaleable state.
1.5 Freight and handling charges are non-refundable.
2. Pricing
2.1 All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Prices exclude GST unless specified. GST will be charged at the applicable rate.
2.3 Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.
2.4 Trade pricing is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment must be made strictly in accordance with the terms stated on the invoice.
3.2 Connix Technologies Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate specified on the invoice or at a reasonable commercial rate.
3.3 The customer is liable for all reasonable debt recovery costs incurred.
4. Retention of Title
4.1 Ownership of goods remains with Connix Technologies Ltd until full payment has been received.
4.2 Until payment is made in full, the customer holds the goods as bailee and must store them separately and identifiable as the supplier’s property.
5. Risk
5.1 Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
5.2 The customer is responsible for insurance of goods from the time risk passes.
6. Warranties & Liability
6.1 Where goods are supplied for business purposes, the parties agree that the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 do not apply to the extent permitted by law.
6.2 Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986.
6.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to replacement, repair, or refund of the goods supplied.
7. Force Majeure
Connix Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
