Desktop keypad paging station for the AP-MC210 controller, addressing 10 zones per station and expanding to 80 zones with up to eight stations, with chime and priority control.
The AP-PS210 is the remote paging position for an AP-MC210 based system. Each station addresses ten zones, and up to eight stations can run on one controller for a total of 80 zones — so reception, security, dispatch and management can each page from where they work.
Multiple priority levels resolve the situation where two people page at once, which on a single-station system simply does not arise but on a multi-station site happens regularly.
A built-in chime precedes announcements so listeners orient before the message begins, and long distance audio transmission means stations can sit well away from the rack.
The gooseneck microphone input is 600 ohm 5mV unbalanced on XLR, with a 10k ohm unbalanced line output. Response covers 100Hz-16kHz with signal-to-noise better than 70dB and distortion under 0.5% at 1kHz. The full-metal desktop unit is 80 x 240 x 170mm at under 2.5kg on 24V DC, drawing under 6W.
