The AP-PCD224 provides 240W on each of two independent channels from a 1U chassis, giving two substantial zones their own amplification without doubling rack space.
Switching power technology keeps energy use and heat low while the amplifier delivers full output, which is what makes this density practical in a populated comms cabinet.
Each channel carries its own balanced Phoenix line input with gain control and separate 8 ohm and 100V speaker outputs, plus a high-cut filter for shaping speech-focused zones.
Auto standby reduces consumption during quiet periods, and per-channel indicators for protection, clip, input and output make front-panel diagnosis straightforward. Protection covers short circuit, overload, high temperature, clip and DC, on a 230V AC and 24V DC supply.
