25W RMS explosion proof horn speaker, EN54 and EXd compliant, rated for Zone 0, 1 and 2 explosive gas atmospheres in a stainless steel enclosure.
The AP-H125EX is rated for Zone 0, 1 and 2 explosive gas mixture atmospheres — the classification that covers areas where a flammable atmosphere is present continuously, occasionally or only under fault conditions.
That rating, combined with EN54 compliance for voice evacuation, makes it suitable as the announcement and alarm speaker on hazardous industrial sites rather than requiring separate devices for each duty.
Output is 25W RMS at 101dB sensitivity (1W/1M) with maximum output to 105dB, across a 250Hz-8kHz response tuned for speech carrying over plant noise.
Line input accepts 70V or 100V. The stainless steel enclosure measures 300mm diameter x 420mm at under 6kg with a dust cover, mounting on a U-shaped bracket to wall, pole, ceiling or shade structure.
