Outdoor all-in-one IP horn speaker with streaming, decoder, amplifier and driver in one housing, running on PoE or 12V DC with battery backup input.
The AP-IP603POE puts IP streaming, decoding, amplification and the driver itself into a single outdoor housing, switchable between 15W and 30W output to match the coverage a position needs.
It runs on 802.3af or 802.3at PoE, or on 12V DC — and the DC input doubles as a battery backup connection, so the horn keeps working through a mains failure. On a site where the PA system is also the emergency notification path, that is the difference between a working system and a silent one.
Audio is MP3 and MP2 at CD-level 16-bit quality, 8-48kHz sampling and 8-512kbps, with group broadcast handled over IGMP.
Sensitivity is 92dB at 1W/1M across 100Hz-18kHz ±3dB with 0.1% distortion and 85dB signal-to-noise. The white ABS housing is 285mm diameter x 205mm at 2.4kg, supplied with a stainless U-bracket and rated -30°C to 55°C.
