IP66-rated 30W garden speaker shaped and finished as black granite, with a 6.5-inch waterproof PP woofer in a UV-protected fibreglass enclosure.
The AP-G59 is designed to disappear into a landscape. The rock form and natural black granite finish let it sit in a planted bed or along a path without reading as audio equipment, which is the whole point in gardens, courtyards and hospitality grounds.
A 6.5-inch full-range waterproof polypropylene woofer covers 80Hz-16kHz — genuine hi-fi range rather than the speech-only response of a paging horn — so it carries music properly in an open outdoor space.
The UV-protected fibreglass enclosure and IP66 rating handle permanent outdoor exposure including sun, rain and dust, and the unit fixes to the ground or sits on a floor surface.
Rated 30W on 70V or 100V line with 90dB sensitivity and maximum output to 102dB. It measures 280 x 300 x 400mm at under 6kg.
