The AP-D850EV is the largest voice alarm controller in AVTRON's EVAC digital range, combining eight supervised zones with 500W of Class D amplification.
It suits multi-storey and high-occupancy buildings where both zone count and speaker load are substantial — hospitals, large schools, shopping centres and transport facilities.
All eight zones run A and B speaker lines with low impedance monitoring for continuous circuit supervision. Up to 255 MP3 or WMA messages are stored on SD card for staged and zone-specific evacuation announcements.
Eight programmable control inputs and outputs plus fault, EVAC and reset contacts integrate with fire detection. The log holds 1000 records across ten years. Inputs cover balanced mic/line, RCA and a fireman's microphone, with 100V speaker output at 80Hz-20kHz. Power is 200-260V AC with 24V DC backup at 550W.
