The AP-PCD150 is the highest-rated single channel amplifier in AVTRON's Class D range, putting 500W into one rack unit for the largest single zones on a distributed system.

Switching power technology keeps the amplifier efficient enough to run at this rating in 1U without excessive heat — the practical constraint that decides whether a rack needs forced ventilation.

Separate 8 ohm and 100V speaker outputs are provided, with a balanced line input on a Phoenix connector and gain level control. A switchable high-cut filter shapes the output where speech intelligibility is the priority.

Built-in auto standby reduces consumption when idle. Separate indicators cover protection, clip, input and output, backed by short circuit, overload, high temperature, clip and DC protection. Supply is 230V AC with 24V DC.
