6-inch hi-fi coaxial ceiling speaker with a separate 1-inch treble driver, 100V/70V line matching transformer and taps at 10W, 5W and 2.5W.
The AP-C16 adds a dedicated 1-inch treble driver to the 6-inch woofer, making it a genuine two-way ceiling speaker rather than a wide-range single cone.
The coaxial layout places the treble driver on the woofer's axis, so the whole frequency range arrives from one point in the ceiling — which keeps the sound coherent for a listener standing anywhere in the coverage pattern.
Extended low frequency response and a 100Hz-16kHz range make it suitable for spaces where background music is a feature rather than an afterthought — hospitality, retail, reception areas.
Taps at 10W, 5W and 2.5W on a 100V or 70V line allow level balancing. Sensitivity is 91dB with maximum output to 102dB. The ABS enclosure with metal grille is 230mm diameter x 85mm on a 195mm cutout, under 2kg in white.
