The AP-D824RT adds eight supervised zones with 240W of Class D amplification to an EVAC voice alarm system.
Eight zones per router rather than six means fewer units to reach a given zone count — worth considering on multi-storey buildings where zone counts climb quickly and rack space does not.
Each zone runs A and B speaker lines with low impedance monitoring, and routers cascade to a maximum system capacity of 120 zones with up to 32 remote paging microphones across the system.
It pairs with the AP-D824EV controller so output rating and zone structure stay consistent as the installation expands.
