80W RMS outdoor SIP column speaker in a 952mm aluminium enclosure, powered by PoE or 24V DC, with built-in amplification and network decoding.
The AP-SC80 is the 952mm column in AVTRON's SIP range, rated 80W RMS. The extra height narrows vertical dispersion, pushing more energy down the listening plane and less into canopies and hard ground.
That directivity is what makes columns work in long reverberant outdoor spaces — station platforms, arcades, covered walkways — where an equivalent horn or cabinet would smear speech.
The speaker registers to the phone system over SIP for direct-dial or group paging, taking PoE or a 24V DC supply with amplification built in.
Audio covers MP3, WMA and WAV at 8-512kbps across 130Hz-16kHz ±3dB. The white aluminium enclosure is 952 x 227 x 125mm at 8.6kg, rated -30°C to 55°C.
