Rack-mount battery charger and 24V DC supply for EVAC systems, with dual 10A outputs, automatic AC to DC switching and detection of battery failure, over voltage and overheating.
The AP-D6BPS is the power backbone of an EVAC voice alarm system. It supplies 24V DC to the system and keeps the standby batteries charged, switching automatically from AC to battery when mains fails — the transition that decides whether a voice alarm system works during the event it exists for.
Dual outputs deliver 10A each, with charging current adjustable up to 10A in automatic or manual mode and a battery capacity selector for matching the installed battery set.
Detection covers battery failure, over voltage, overheating and charging state, so a degraded battery is identified during routine monitoring rather than at the moment of a mains failure.
A temperature-controlled high speed fan with over-heat protection manages thermal load. RS485 and CAN connections report status to the system. Power input is 200-260V AC with 24V DC and fuse protection at 300W. The 1U full-metal chassis measures 44 x 483 x 455mm at under 5kg.
