The AP-PT211 is built for the announcement positions that punish equipment: factory floors, transport depots, gatehouses and plant rooms. A press-type transfer switch replaces the delicate toggles that fail first in dusty, wet or high-traffic environments.

The heavy duty ABS body carries a rubber sleeve to absorb knocks and drops, and the coiled cable retracts out of the way rather than lying across a console. A mounting hook holds the microphone in place between calls.

The dynamic super-cardioid capsule runs 100Hz-6kHz at 500 ohms — a deliberately speech-focused range that cuts machinery rumble and keeps announcements intelligible over noise. Termination is an aviation-type connector, and the unit weighs under 250g.
