The AP-N9EMC puts an entire IP PA system behind a 15-inch industrial touch screen. Master server software is embedded in the unit, so the system does not depend on a separate Windows PC that someone will eventually reboot, patch or repurpose.
Running on an embedded operating system, it is built to stay up continuously in the way a general-purpose computer is not — the difference that matters when the system is also a paging path.
Operators get unified control of paging, zone selection and scheduled programme from a single panel, which keeps day-to-day use in the hands of reception or site staff rather than the AV contractor.
