The AP-W260 runs an AVTRON UHF wireless conference system without the cable runs a wired system needs. It addresses up to 256 units and powers 60 microphones, so a large chamber can be covered while leaving the floor clear.
Two-way UHF transmission across 740-790MHz reaches 50 to 75 metres with adjustable +6.5dBm output, and high-level noise cancellation keeps the noise floor down in reverberant rooms. Signal-to-noise better than 105dB with distortion under 0.5% carries speech cleanly through the chain.
A dedicated audio output feeds a recorder or streaming encoder, giving a clean archive of proceedings separate from the room feed. Balanced XLR and unbalanced jack outputs are provided, and the 2U full-metal chassis racks in 19-inch furniture or sits on a table, drawing under 8W.
