The DS-KH8520-WTE1 is the 10.1-inch station in the Ultra range, for entrance halls and kitchens where the panel doubles as the household's main control surface.
At 22.55mm deep it sits nearly flush against the wall despite the screen size — the detail that keeps a large panel from looking like equipment.
The design carries no physical buttons or indicators at all; everything happens on the touch screen, which is what allows the clean front face.
Standard IEEE802.3af PoE powers the station over its network cable, with 12V DC as an alternative, drawing 6W or less. Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n is built in.
Live view covers door stations and public-area cameras, with voice messages when unanswered, alarm linkage to a monitoring centre and elevator access control. The interface supports English plus Arabic, French, Russian, Spanish, Italian, German, Polish, Turkish and Portuguese among others. It measures 254 x 166 x 22.55mm for surface mounting.
