The DS-KIS703Y-P is a complete one-to-one intercom in a single box — indoor station, door station and power supply — so a house or single tenancy needs nothing else specified.
Running over two-core cable is the point: an existing analogue intercom's wiring can be reused, which turns a rewire into a swap. That is usually the difference between a job going ahead and being deferred.
The door station carries a 2MP camera with 140° x 85° coverage, WDR and IR to 3m, a single call button, IP65 rating and two-lock control with 12V 500mA output to drive an electric lock directly.
The 7-inch 1024 x 600 touch screen indoor station handles calls, door release and live view, with Hik-Connect app control for answering and unlocking remotely, a setup wizard for commissioning, and voice messages when nobody answers.
Supplied for surface mounting with the power supply included.
