Flush-mount metal-bodied indoor station with a 7-inch IPS touch screen, a physical door release button, 802.3at PoE that also powers the lock, and RS-485, relay and TF interfaces.
The DS-KH8381-WTE1/Flush recesses into the wall with a metal front, which is why it gets specified in apartment lobbies and higher-end fit-outs where a surface-mounted plastic panel would look wrong.
A single physical button opens the door without waking the screen or navigating a menu — the action people perform most, made deliberate rather than buried.
IEEE802.3at PoE is the significant electrical difference: at up to 30W it powers both the station and an electric lock from the network cable, removing the separate lock supply a 802.3af station would need.
Interfaces are unusually complete for an indoor station — alarm inputs, RS-485, relay outputs and a TF card slot — so it can act as the wiring point for door hardware rather than just a display.
The 7-inch capacitive IPS runs 1024 x 600 with H.265 and H.264 video, 16 linked indoor extensions, elevator access control and Hik-Connect app control. Supports both flush and surface mounting; finished in black.
