The DS-KH6350-WTE1 is the G2 generation of Hikvision's 7-inch indoor station, and the practical upgrade over the KH6320 is H.265 video support.
H.265 roughly halves the bandwidth of an equivalent H.264 stream, which matters when several apartments pull live video from door stations and cameras across a shared building network at the same time.
Audio adds Opus, AAC-LD, AAC-LC and G.726 alongside the G.711 codecs, giving better voice quality on calls routed through SIP systems.
The rest follows the range: whole-system configuration from the screen with a setup wizard, live view of door stations and public-area cameras, voice messages when unanswered, alarm linkage to a monitoring centre, and elevator access control.
The 7-inch capacitive TFT runs 1024 x 600, with 16 linked indoor extensions and 17 linked doorphones. Finished in black.
