SECC steel rain shield for a single-module surface-mounted door station, protecting the camera and buttons from direct rain. Fits DS-KD8003-IME1 and IME2 stations.
The DS-KABD8003-RS1 shelters a single-module surface-mounted door station from rain running down the wall above it — the water path that gets into a station regardless of its IP rating over time.
It also shades the camera lens, which reduces the flare that makes a caller's face unreadable when low sun hits the station directly.
SECC electro-galvanised steel construction handles permanent outdoor exposure. The shield mounts on four expansion bolts with a supplied levelling sticker as a drilling template, and the door station fits into the frame behind it.
It measures 122 x 116.4 x 58mm at 298.9g and is rated -40°C to 60°C at 10% to 95% humidity. Compatible with DS-KD8003-IME1 and DS-KD8003-IME2 modular door stations.
