SKU: DS-KD-KP-S
Stainless steel 12-button keypad module for the KD8 modular door station, with PIN door release and indoor station dialling. IP65 and IK07 rated.
The stainless steel keypad module matches the stainless main module, so a door station keeps one material and finish across every position rather than mixing aluminium and steel on the same frontage.
PIN entry opens the door without a credential, and the keypad dials indoor stations directly for buildings where visitors enter an apartment number.
IK07 impact rating on top of IP65 weather sealing is the reason to specify stainless on a public entrance — the keypad takes the most physical contact of any module, and stainless resists both the wear and the corrosion that follows scratched coatings.
The module carries a network interface and two RS-485 connections, measures 98.2 x 100.2 x 33.7mm at 190g, draws 1W from a 12V DC supply, and operates from -40°C to 55°C.
